Being renowned for its chicken recipes, KFC launched a social media campaign in order to further drive people’s fondness for its signature chicken pieces, as well as engaging with them.

To increase users’ stickiness to different KFC flavors of chicken, KFC used an interactive Facebook game application to challenge users to collect the corresponding chicken pieces as indicated but not others. Along with weekly prizes and the ultimate attractive premium tickets to Ocean Park Halloween Bash, this game had successfully lured users to continuously play it, making the KFC chicken even more top of mind.

The Fan Page also served as a platform to hook users to play the game application, update users with the latest information and handle users’ enquiries, integrating the whole social media campaign.
